THE NITTY GRITTY

Pre-Order Items

All items are hand-made here in South Africa. Pre-order items will be shipped between 4-5 weeks from date of purchase.

Cancelled or Declined Orders

DAB ACTIVE WEAR reserves the right to decline or cancel the fulfilment of your order on the DAB ACTIVE WEAR website. We reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:

  • Your billing information is incorrect
  • Your order is suspected fraudulent
  • For any reason, we could not deliver the order to the address that you provided
  • In the unlikely event that the item is priced incorrectly on the DAB ACTIVE WEAR website
  • The product is not available

Discount & Coupon Codes

  • All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
  • For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalised and payment has been accepted.
  • Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All return requests must submitted within 5 days of receiving shipment.  Each item must have the original tags attached and be unworn as well as unwashed. DAB ACTIVE WEAR will not issue any refunds on returned products.
  • Returns and exchanges on certain products (ie. Underwear) must also be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • All exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value.  If requested items are of greater value than the original product(s) being exchanged, you will be issued a store credit.
  • If a product in your order is out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase price of that item.
  • All returns/exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your shipment.
  • You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges. If you request an exchange, we will waive the Standard Shipping fee on your new order. If your item is defective, we will pay for the courier service to collect your item and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item.
  • Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.
  • We are not able to accept returns for DAB ACTIVE WEAR products not purchased directly through our website for any reason. We recommend initiating a return with the agent you purchased them from.
  • Please familiarise yourself with the size guide before placing your order. DAB ACTIVE WEAR cannot be held liable for incorrect sizes ordered.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped with FastWay 2 – 5 business days from date of fulfilment.
  • Pre-Orders and Backorder Items will be shipped within 7 – 10 business days from fulfilment.
  • Expected delivery dates may vary, depending on stock availability, courier delays and events beyond our control.

Should you not have received your order

Please allow up to 5 business days from notification of order completion, before contacting us. Pre-orders will be shipped by March 16, 2018.

Agents

  • Agents are held solely responsible for all orders placed by them which includes, but is not limited to, client payments, delivery of order to clients as well as returns of faulty items.
  • Agents are not permitted to sell DAB Active Wear items for more than the recommended retail price as shown on the DAB Active Wear website (www.dabactivewear.co.za).
  • Agents are responsible for their own independent DAB Active Wear business and the actions that take place there of.
  • Customers purchasing merchandise through an agent do so at their own risk. DAB Active Wear will not be held responsible for any conflict between agents and their customers.
  • All DAB Active Wear agents have agreed to our terms and conditions and if they fail to do so, they will be removed from the system and their agent status revoked.
  • Agents are not allowed to rebrand any of DAB Active Wear items.
  • Agents have to make payment before they can receive shipment.
  • Agents are held responsible for all cash payments made by their customers.
  • Agents are encouraged to check their received shipment before distributing the merchandise to their customers.
  • Agents are to sell the items on the DAB Active Wear catalogue only and may not involve any other merchandise under the DAB Active Wear branding.
